The requirements for workplace harassment prevention training have changed in California. Under Senate Bill 1343, employers with 5 or more employees must provide harassment prevention training. Beginning January 1, 2021, this mandate will expand to include seasonal and temporary employees, or any employee hired to work for less than six months.
