Dianna Wilusz, CEO & Founder of The Pendolino Group
Dianna has over 25 years of hands-on human resources, consulting, and operations management experience, including senior global leadership roles at National Semiconductor, Beceem Communications, Lam Research, and Hara .
Since launching The Pendolino Group in 2009, Dianna and her team have served over 1,000 clients across many industries and internationally in the areas of compensation, leadership development, recruiting, talent management, human resources information systems, and executive management practices.
With a focus on developing leadership capabilities in organizations and individuals, The Pendolino Group, under Dianna’s leadership, has helped clients develop and deploy scalable global infrastructures directly aligned to the business strategy and financial objectives, while optimizing the human resources function.
Dianna was recognized by the 2009 HR Symposium for her dedication to the HR Profession and Leadership Development with the “Excellence in Partnering with HR” award. The Pendolino Group works closely with several non-profit organizations and has a stated commitment to support these organizations through Executive Coaching services. Dianna graduated from the Women Unlimited, LEAD program in 2000.
An avid golfer, USGTF certified golf instructor, CTI certified life coach, and yoga practitioner, Dianna recently founded The Samadhi Institute. The Samadhi Institute is committed to bringing together people with people and people with their dreams! Using their unique Samadhi Coaching toolset, the coaching team at The Samadhi Institute helps their clients manifest results beyond their greatest imagination. Dianna received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Industrial Relations from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. She holds an MBA in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix.
