Program Highlight:  Four Quadrant (4QL) Leadership

4QL, supported by the 360 Leadership Customs Survey, is a comprehensive leadership development model created by Wilfred Jarvis and Associates of Sydney, Australia.  The 4QL Principles have been refined over five decades of research and testing.  

4QL has been implemented in companies throughout the world including governmental agencies and non-profits. Participants have the opportunity to view their results in the context of leadership practices of over tens of thousands of other leaders from around the world.

Clients have provided testimonies on achieving dramatic improvements in motivation, teamwork, leadership effectiveness, customer satisfaction, and financial results.

Pendolino Group consultants are leader certified to facilitate the 4QL methodology and provide on-going coaching using 4QL foundation principles.

The specific deliverables of the program include: 

1)   The 360 Leadership Customs Survey: This survey is performed on-line and is used to assess the effectiveness of an individual leader, to be completed by the people who report to him or her. For statistical validity and to protect respondent’s anonymity, the survey should be given to leaders who have three or more people reporting to them. Leaders or participants with fewer than three people reporting to them will receive the AOSU survey.

2)   Program Delivery: An informative and interactive three-day seminar that is specifically designed for participants with the aim of introducing a clearly defined ‘system’ of deliberate skills and techniques that further develop and enhance all forms of decision making, delegation, communication and motivation. 

3)   One-on-one Coaching and Program Follow-up: This post-course follow-up is directed at individual one-on-one coaching to gauge and coach the Leader’s ability to apply the concepts of Four Quadrant Leadership to remain highly motivated to succeed, advance strategy through people, assume a higher level of responsibility for achieving strategic business outcomes, commitment to explore and realize their potential as a true leader, and to remain positive and professional in every way.
