Management Team

  • Clint Tripodi, Managing Partner / Co-Founder
  • Clint Tripodi possesses 25 years experience providing human resource and operations support for global high technology companies.  He has served as Vice President of Human Resources for companies such as Hitachi Data Systems, nCUBE Corporation, Pacific Broadband Communications and Entera.  In these roles, Clint focused on liquidity events, mergers and acquisitions, human resources strategies, internal communications, and community relations programs.
  • Through Clint’s extensive understanding of all facets of human resources his clients achieve their business objectives. He works with his clients to develop human resource practices that link overall business strategies to human resource deliverables. Clint’s clients range from large companies to start-ups and his services have helped these organizations through massive growth, mergers and acquisitions, and various change initiatives.
  • Clint graduated from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He received his MBA from Golden Gate University, San Francisco, with a concentration in Human Resources. Clint has studied advanced human resource strategies at both the University of Michigan and Harvard Business School.

  • Dianna Wilusz, Managing Partner / Co-Founder 
  • Dianna Wilusz has 22 years of human resources management, consulting and operations experience, including senior global leadership roles at National Semiconductor, Beceem Communications and Lam Research.
  • She has served a number of clients across many industries and internationally in the areas of compensation, leadership development, recruiting, talent management, human resources information systems, board of directors and senior executive management practices. With a focus on developing leadership capabilities in organizations, Dianna has helped many clients develop and deploy scalable global infrastructures directly aligned to the business strategy, financial objectives and optimizing the human resources function.
  • Dianna was recognized by the 2009 HR Symposium for her dedication to the HR profession with the Excellence in Partnering with HR award. Dianna works closely with several non-profit organizations and volunteers her time as an executive coach with the Women Unlimited Leadership Development Program. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Industrial Relations from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. Dianna holds an MBA in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix.
